Product Feature
1. Low cost with high benefit. 1000 plastic bottle lids produced by the filling machine need about 4kw./hour but only need less than 1.5kw. hour by the machine. It also can save vast cooling water. Moreover, the module cavities of the machine are separated and disconnected with the hot current channel of the extrusion machine. So the using rate of the material reaches 98%.
2. High Quality. The die cut technics of the machine adopts all kinds of comprehensive materials, such as the material with low index of melt flowage. The low index of melt flowage has better chap-endurable performance and mechanical performance to HDPE and better impact performance to polypropylene. Dots Machine for Aluminium Plastic Bottle Lids
In order to meet the requirement of the market, our factory invited automatic high temperature endurable dots machine for aluminium-plastic assembled bottle lids of solutions. The machine has following characteristics:
1. The innder mat of the bottle lid has even color, it adopts PVC high temperature endurable raw materials, which can sterilize in high temperature (115℃-120℃) for an hour, but the inner mat won’t be transfigured and the bottle lid and the cover of the plastic can’t be plasticized and damnified.
2. The machine has the automatic function of turning lids, lids feeding, temperature controlling and dry. The transmission of drying oven adopts imported products from America. The machine is easy to operate and convenient to maintenance.
3. It can fill bottle lids 15,000-16,000 an hour. The power supply for transmission is 2KW and the electricity of drying oven is 12KW. The total length is 6.5m and the highest is 1.3m.
4. All products of our factory are free to install, debug and train operators and the products are guaranteed for six months by free charge.

The machine combines energy with heat energy closely from design, so the distrubution, drying, formation and exportation are all automatic. The automatic lids arranging device can adjust automatically according to needed heat energy, so the stability of the product quality is guaranteed.
